Rising Phoenix Digital Marketing was founded by Amanda Shields—a wife, mother, and seasoned marketing and advertising executive with years of experience building successful online and print campaigns. Originally established as Shields Creative Marketing, the business was renamed after Amanda’s husband passed away in February 2025, symbolizing resilience, rebirth, and continuing forward with purpose. The new name reflects both a personal journey and a renewed commitment to helping others rise and thrive.

Amanda’s vision began during her career at Hearst Media, a national multimedia advertising leader. She saw firsthand how many small businesses—both startups and established companies—struggled to build the online presence they needed to grow. Whether due to limited budgets or uncertainty about navigating the digital world, too many businesses were missing opportunities to reach their full potential.
